Who we are

PRETTY Pet Supplies operates this website for brands, importers and retailers. We manufacture in our own factory and coordinate export through our trading company. Registered business address available on request via the contact email below.

What we collect

When you send a sourcing brief, we ask for your buyer role, product family, estimated quantity, destination market, name, company, reply email and optional WhatsApp, website and packaging requirements. These details are used only to review and respond to your wholesale or custom sourcing enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Saved on your device

Earlier saved product references, selected review points, the unfinished form and first-visit source are saved in your browser’s local storage so you can continue. When you send an enquiry, the landing page, referring site origin and any campaign labels may be included to help us understand which content brought you here. If a send is interrupted, an exact copy of that request is also kept on this device so a retry can confirm the same enquiry. That copy is removed after confirmation; any later edits remain an unsent draft. You can clear review selections on their checklist and the form draft on the enquiry page. Confirm an interrupted send before clearing its draft. Avoid entering confidential information on a shared device.

How production enquiries are stored

Submitted enquiries are stored on our production server in the United States in a dedicated SQLite database used only for this website. Records are kept so we can reply and coordinate the project. We retain enquiry records for up to 24 months, then delete or anonymise them unless a longer period is required for an active order or legal obligation. You may email prettipetsupply@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion.

Files and confidential material

The first-contact form does not require an attachment. Discuss an appropriate way to exchange technical drawings, reports or confidential documents after contact has been established.

No advertising trackers

This website does not load third-party advertising or analytics trackers on the enquiry form.
