PET APPAREL / AMAZON & DTC · WHOLESALE & PRIVATE LABEL

Pet clothing manufacturer for wholesale and private label apparel.

THE SHORT ANSWER

A pet clothing manufacturer builds apparel from a style reference, size chart and your labels for wholesale or private label batches. Send the reference, quantities by size and colour, and destination; we confirm the sample, then quote the batch. MOQ, sample terms, price and timing are confirmed on quote.

HOW A PROJECT MOVES

Brief → Sample → Bulk.

Brief → Sample → Bulk for Amazon & DTC private label and mixed wholesale lots. Timing, MOQ and price are confirmed for each project—not as site-wide claims.

  1. 01

    Brief

For Amazon & DTC sellers: share the mixed assortment (apparel, bandanas, beds — and cat trees if needed), destination, private label notes and listing/pack goals. Quote follows your brief.

  2. 02

    Sample

Request samples for the styles you plan to list. Agree scope, review the physical reference and record approved changes before you lock artwork or packing.

  3. 03

    Bulk

Confirm the production specification, retail-ready labels/packing, QC scope and commercial terms for the mixed batch — still no site-wide MOQ claim.

SOURCING POINTS

What buyers confirm before a quote.

Each point below is a checkable step. Where a number is needed, ask on the brief — it is confirmed on quote for the selected styles.

01

What to send for an apparel quote

Include the style reference (such as D01 or D02), finished size chart with measurement points, quantities by colour and size, destination market, and where your brand label sits. Separate body measurements from finished garment measurements so the sample can be checked against both.

02

How the apparel sample request works

State what the sample must answer: fit, fabric hand, trim attachment, label placement or packed look. Sample scope, cost and timing are confirmed on quote. Approve the revision in writing; that revision becomes the bulk reference.

03

Mixing styles, sizes and colours

Send the full assortment with a line per style, colour and size. Minimums are assessed against that breakdown, not against a single total. Apparel can share one brief with bandanas and beds; see the Amazon & DTC private label notes.

A CLOSER LOOK

Product references for batch orders.

D01 pairs a grey textured body with black bows and edging. D02 combines a plaid upper, brown skirt and belt detail. Use these differences to plan a collection, with a separate size-and-colour quantity breakdown for each style.

PET APPAREL / COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT

A collection begins with a clear fit brief.

Use a dress reference to discuss the whole garment: the silhouette, measurement points, fabric, trims and the assortment your business needs. Each size and colour belongs in the order breakdown.

01

Build from a reference

Choose the grey bow or brown plaid dress as a starting point. List the visible details to retain and the changes you would like us to review.

02

Plan a size range

Separate target body measurements from finished garment measurements. Identify the measurement method and review how the chosen construction changes between sizes.

03

Bring your brand direction

Share the palette, label artwork and intended presentation. Confirm material availability and the placement of every brand detail with the sample.

PRIVATE LABEL & OEM APPAREL

Private label pet apparel, from size chart to packed batch.

For OEM apparel, send a drawing, tech pack or reference with your changes. For private label, choose a style such as D01 or D02 and add your labels, hangtags and packing. Pattern, fabric, trim and construction changes are assessed for each style, and MOQ is confirmed per project against your size and colour breakdown.

Our own factory handles the sampling and sewing discussion, and our trading company coordinates export documentation.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Buyer questions, answered briefly.

What does a pet clothing manufacturer need for a quote?

Share the style reference, fabric requirements, units by colour and size, destination and intended arrival date. Add label and packing details if known. If you only have a reference image, identify the measurements and materials still to be developed so the sample scope can be agreed.

Can you make private label dog clothing?

We take private label and custom batch enquiries. Specify the garment, label artwork and placement, hangtags and packing you want. Pattern, fabric, trim or construction changes are assessed for that style before sample costs and order terms are agreed.

Can we order from an S, M and L size list?

Size names alone are not enough. Provide neck, chest and back measurements with units and measurement points. Separate target body measurements from finished garment measurements, and state the quantity required in each size.

Can we mix styles, sizes and colours in a wholesale order?

Send the complete assortment with quantities for each style, colour and size. Minimum quantities and material availability are assessed against that breakdown; a total order quantity does not establish the minimum for each individual style or colour.

How do we prepare for repeat orders?

Keep the approved sample revision, size chart, fabric and trim specification, label artwork and packing instructions together. Quote the earlier reference when requesting a repeat batch and flag any changes. Material availability, colour matching and current terms need to be reconfirmed.

Do you offer OEM pet apparel production?

Yes, we take OEM and private label apparel enquiries from brands, importers and retailers.

For OEM, send the drawing, tech pack or reference with changes; for private label, the selected style plus your labels, hangtags and packing. MOQ is confirmed per project.

What labeling details should apparel buyers prepare?

Prepare a label map: brand labels, care marks, hangtags and carton marks with placement per style.

Approve placement on a packed sample and align care wording with rules your importer confirms for the destination market.
