CAT TREES / QUOTATION
Cat tree quotation checklist.
What to send for a wholesale cat tree quote: model reference, component materials, quantity per finish, branding, packing and destination.

THE SHORT ANSWER
Send a model reference or drawing, target dimensions, component materials, the quantity per model and finish, your branding and packing requirements, and the destination with your required arrival date. Ask the supplier to state what the price includes: hardware, instructions, carton, labels and spare parts. MOQ, sample cost and lead time are confirmed per project.
The product: model, dimensions and materials
Identify the model with a reference code, drawing or annotated photograph and its version. Give the overall height, base footprint and platform sizes with units. List the material for each component, including the base, posts, platforms, scratching surface and covering, and mark anything still undecided so the quotation can separate confirmed details from items to develop.
The quantity: per model and per finish
Give the units for each model and each finish or colourway, not just a total. A combined total does not establish the minimum for an individual model or finish. If you are planning several models, list them in one assortment so the review covers the whole project.
Branding and packaging
State the logo or label positions, the instruction-sheet language and artwork, and whether you need a retail-ready box or a shipping carton only. Include carton marks and any barcode or labelling requirements for your warehouse or retail channel. Branding placement should be approved on the sample, not only on the artwork file.
Shipment inputs
Give the destination country and port or warehouse, your required arrival date and the trade terms you want quoted. Ask for packed carton dimensions, gross weight and units per carton for the quoted configuration so freight can be estimated on the packed product rather than the assembled one.
What the quotation should state back
Ask the supplier to name the model and version quoted, the included scope, any exclusions, the quote validity, the sample terms and the basis of the minimum quantity. If one quotation omits hardware, instructions, protective packing or spare-part arrangements, ask for the missing scope before comparing totals.
