THE BUYING ANSWER

Start with a clear definition.

Supply the artwork, finished dimensions, fabric location and intended appearance. Ask the supplier to review the proposed method and sample requirements. A digital logo preview does not confirm how stitching will look on the chosen material.

The decision behind the detail.

Small lettering and fine details may need a design discussion. Review a sample rather than approving only the original screen artwork.

PREPARE ONLY WHAT IS RELEVANT

Three details to bring.

Artwork identity
Name the approved source file.
Finished size
State the dimensions and placement requested.
Material reference
Identify the fabric on which the design is proposed.

Check together

  • Review a sample on the relevant material.
  • Check lettering and detail visibility.
  • Record any artwork adaptation before approval.
