THE BUYING ANSWER

Start with a clear definition.

Record an outcome for each size and identify the chart revision behind it. Keep approved, pending and rejected sizes separate. Approval of the middle size should not silently release the entire proposed range.

The decision behind the detail.

Size-specific changes may affect grading elsewhere. Ask whether a correction requires renewed review of adjacent sizes.

PREPARE ONLY WHAT IS RELEVANT

Three details to bring.

Size list
Name each size and physical sample received.
Review outcome
Mark approved or the exact open issue.
Chart reference
Link the measurement revision reviewed.

Check together

  • Confirm labels match the physical samples.
  • Keep unreviewed sizes visible as pending.
  • Record any cross-size changes before release.
