THE BUYING ANSWER

Start with a clear definition.

Product and pack interact through folding, visibility, pressure on trims and identification. Review the complete packed example, then unpack it and inspect presentation. A separate empty box approval does not answer those questions.

The decision behind the detail.

A pack that looks good empty may be tight or obscure important details when filled. Assess the assembled unit before finalising the packing specification.

PREPARE ONLY WHAT IS RELEVANT

Three details to bring.

Product sample
Identify the style and revision packed.
Pack version
Name the artwork and construction under review.
Review observations
Record visibility, fit and unpacked appearance.

Check together

  • Check the correct variant identification is visible.
  • Review trims and folds after unpacking.
  • Update both product and pack records if changes are needed.
